Pumpkin Seeds Market Update February 2022 Week 8

The pumpkin seed market has been quite sluggish in China after the holidays. With many workers not returning to work yet, it is still going to take some time before trade activities return to normal. 

Updates on freight costs in the coming weeks will also be very important.

In the meantime, it is worth noting that pumpkin kernels GWS, grade A, are offered at US$4.295/MT CFR, a little more expensive than before the Chinese New Year.

Prices for shine skin grade A seeds remain comparable to the ones before the New Year at US$ 4.055/MT CFR. We will let you know as the situation progresses.
