Our Take On The INC's Favourite Recipes
On October 28, 2021, the International Nuts & Dried Fruit Council released its annual report for 2020/2021. In this report, among other things such as market reports, we came across some of the INC's recipes published on YouTube and shared on social media.
In the spirit of appreciating the INC's efforts to raise awareness and its marketing campaign, we decided to check some of these recipes and see if they require any further improvements.
Chia Pudding Bowl with Prunes
Probably the best out of all the recipes shared, this chia pudding bowl is a very healthy breakfast option. We can see it garnered so much attention on social media. As the world moves towards a more health-conscious approach to food, it's no surprise that chia pudding has gained popularity. What's more, it includes prunes, and we all know that you can't go wrong with prunes.
2. Masoor Dal Buddha Bowl with Dates, Walnuts, and Pecans
This recipe is great for a warm winter morning. Combining dates, walnuts, and pecans traditionally more popular during the colder months in several parts of the world was a brilliant idea. It shows the INC's dedication to ensure that readers truly connect and can easily make the dishes at home.
3. Ramen Buddha Bowl with Pistachios and Dried Cranberries
If you are interested in trying a new ramen dish, then you should try this recipe. The INC has managed to accentuate an already beloved dish by employing a creative approach to everyone's favorite instant meal. Quite an accomplishment if you ask us!
Our Thoughts
The INC's recipes definitely warrant a try, and it's no surprise that this year, the committee has planned to turn these into an e-book for better awareness. Consumers should try these recipes as they use the natural raw ingredients available to us and are quite tasty as well. If you want to read the INC annual report in detail, you can do so here.
